Laminated-Laminated is the process of laminating large pieces of paper together, directly to the laminating machine, which has the advantage of not gluing and blistering, if it is done by hand, it is easy to blister and gluing. General laminating this process has certain requirements on the thickness of the paper, generally need 200g up, otherwise, the glue will be wrinkled.
Liner-The liner is the inside part of the box, the inside part of the base box, the inside part of the lid belong to the liner, the liner is generally made of a different material from the outside, so paste the liner is often called a laminated liner.
CMYK-CMYK is a kind of color printing mode, using the principle of three-color mixing of primary colors, plus black ink, a total of four colors mixed and superimposed, forming the so-called “full-color printing”. The four standard colors are: C = Cyan, also known as ‘sky blue’ or ‘azure’ M= Magenta, Y= Yellow; K=Key( blacK), CMYK mode is the subtractive color model, and the corresponding RGB mode is the additive color model.

If we need to match colors with a customer, we need to know the color number of the customer and then find out what kind of color they use according to the color card. For example, the designer has designed a red sofa for us, and no one can tell what kind of red it is, but if you are given the PANTONE swatch number, you can easily find the color. Then, you can give the color card number to the company that makes the sofa and ask them to find the red color you need on the card to make it.
Silk printing-Screen printing refers to the use of a screen as a plate base and the use of a photopolymer plate making method to produce a screen printing plate with graphics. Screen printing consists of five main elements: the screen printing plate, the squeegee, the ink, the printing table, and the substrate. The basic principle of screen printing is that the ink is permeable to the graphic part of the printing plate and the non-graphic part of the printing plate is not permeable to the ink. Printing in one end of the screen printing plate into the ink, with the squeegee on the screen printing plate on the ink parts to exert some pressure, while moving towards the other end of the screen printing plate at a constant speed, the ink in the movement of the squeegee from the graphic part of the mesh squeezed to the substrate
Offset printing-Offset printing is the flat printing of paper, which has the advantages of fast printing speed, relatively stable printing quality, and short cycle times throughout the printing process. Well-known brands include Heidelberg, Roland, Mitsubishi, Komori.
AI-PDF artwork-These are printed files, editable, original files that you get from a designer after you have done a graphic design. Usually, such files can be opened and used directly for printing because the pixels are clear and the colors can be seen in the file.

Surface finishing-The finish is the paper, which is the process of after the paper is printed and before the die-cut. Which makes the box look more special. The most common finishes are glossy or matte, hot stamping/silver, embossed or concave, partial bright UV or matte UV, partial glitter, and partial flocking.
Die line -The die line is the unfolded drawing of the box before making the box, which contains the unfolded drawings of various materials. The cutter line drawing can help us make an initial sample to test whether the dimensions are correct, and also help us to design the box be better.
Plain sample /white sample-No printing, just a white color sample, If you are not sure the box size is fitted your product, asking to make a plain sample first to test the size is the very important process.
